Margo has over 15 years of consulting experience in the building performance industry with a focus on single- and multi-family residential buildings. She has worked on buildings all over New England and in New York state and New York City. She is passionate about providing healthy, safe, comfortable living spaces for occupants. Margo has expertise in Building Science including building testing and diagnostics as well as experience helping owners and project teams comply with the energy requirements of affordable housing funding programs across the Northeast region. Margo is passionate about growing cohesive teams that value teamwork and commitment to a common goal.

Wilson Stegall, Field Manager

Wilson has over 15 years of experience as a weatherization installer and Crew Lead with experience working under the MassSave and other weatherization programs in New England. Wilson is skilled in all areas of weatherization installation. He is a patient and thorough trainer with an in-depth understanding of how to get weatherization work done well in real world applications where conditions can vary broadly. Wilson plays a dynamic role in building and training a team of weatherization installers that are driven to perform high quality installations in an environment that values camaraderie and quality work.
